Processing Time
Every candle is hand-poured to order in small batches. Orders are processed and dispatched within 2-3 business days of payment confirmation. During festive or sale periods, processing may take up to 5 business days.
Delivery Time
Once dispatched, delivery within India typically takes 3-6 business days depending on your location. Metro cities usually receive orders faster than remote areas. You'll receive tracking details by email as soon as your order ships.
Shipping Charges
We offer free shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹999.00. Orders below this amount carry a flat shipping charge of ₹0.00, calculated automatically at checkout.
Packaging
Candles are fragile and heat-sensitive. Every order is packed with protective wrapping and cushioning to prevent damage or cracking in transit. In rare cases of transit damage, please see our Refund Policy for next steps.
